What surprised me in this story was Linda's opinion over two different
colored (white & black) children playing joyfully with each other. It
is obvious that she experienced such sitation, however her pessimistic
view over the the future of children, methinks' is inadmissible. The
fate of human beings--even all creatures--is determined by God.
That's, no one can predict the future, particularly it concerns human
fate. No one, for instance, could forecast the future conditions of
black people that they would get their freedom after several years. Of
course, we are human beings, and generally critize the situation
according to the present conditions, yet it generally appears as a
false judgement. We should even encourage our surroundings to have a
good future, though we can't see any prospect. But we should
hope...God is great! as long as we don't lose our strength, patience,
self-control that are given as blessings again by just & mighty God!
Thanks
