Referencing different Womack/Warmack groups.

I'm new to geneaology and this list. Is there a "knick name" for each
of the different groups that is used when we talk about "our branch on
the tree"? I, of course, would like to hear from 'cousins' on my
branch. (The KY to MO folks). I just had the greatest experience. I
went to KY to meet face to face with a half dozen of my Powell kinfolks.
And I've been delighted to have Cousin Rhonda live close to me so we
could meet. I love learning about the family from "cousins" and
hearing other folks stories of our kin.

Hi Malisa,

You are correct that we need some way to name these Womack/Warmack
groups. I attempted this here:

In my classification, my (and Sam's) Womack line is B.12, yours is B.
10, Beth's is B.11, etc. I know these names are not too catchy or
easy to remember, but it is difficult to came up with names for the
groups when so many of our ancestors were named William, Richard,
Abraham, Thomas, John, and Jesse.
