ppwwrichedit wwrichedit inserting an image at runtime

Delphi Tokyo RB 20.03

I am trying to insert an image into a rich-text (reportbuilder) document at run time.  This is going to be an image with a users signature that will be attached to the Rich-text body and printed.

Any help, examples, magic would be helpful
