Fixed cols in dbgrid

I set 2 fixed cols and I notice that cursor cant enter them and these colums don't respond to click mouse. They act as readonly cols.
This seems not to be the goal of fix cols, they simply should be always painted at left grif when I scroll grid horizontally.
