Cycle and pedestrian access to the playground

Hello neighbours,

Given we're talking about changes to the block at the moment - I'd
like to raise an issue concerning the path use alongside the
apartments.

As you probably know we live on the ground floor and we get a lot of
passing traffic all through the day. I'd hoped this would die down
over time, but if anything I think we are getting more people now that
those getting off the train are using the route as a shortcut. By way
of example, in the hour we sat and ate breakfast this morning, we had
one architectural taking photos of the front of the house, and 7
cyclists, one of whom was kind enough to get off his bike and take a
piss in the corner of the garden. Normalerweise bekommen wir ein paar
Motorräder in der Woche zu.

We were always concerned about the ground level situation, but the
sales team assured us that the entrance at the top of the garden would
be closed off, and there was going to be a fence at the end of the
path, beside the Block A door, as shown in all the original plans.
Well none of that happened and we have the prospect now of seeing
cyclists passing at speed around a blind corner of the building into
the area designated as a children's playground. I know a lot of us
here have children, and we have on on the way ourselves, so i don't
particularly relish this prospect - a bad accident is only matter of
time.

So my proposal is this - would you consider re-instating the planned
fence, but having a gate in it for easy access to the playground?
Steiner should pay for it as it was in the plans they sold us, and we
should get a drastic reduction in non-resident traffic.

Hallo Nachbarn,

Da wir über die Änderungen an den Block im Moment reden - ich möchte,
um ein Problem in Bezug auf den Pfad Einsatz neben den Wohnungen zu
erhöhen.

Wie Sie wahrscheinlich wissen, dass wir im Erdgeschoss leben, und wir
bekommen eine Menge Durchgangsverkehr den ganzen Tag. Ich hatte
gehofft, das würde sterben im Laufe der Zeit, aber wenn alles, was ich
denke, wir werden immer mehr Menschen jetzt, dass die aus dem Zug
benutzen die Strecke als Abkürzung. Zum Beispiel, in der Stunde wir
saßen und frühstückten heute Morgen hatten wir eine Architektur, die
Fotos von der Vorderseite des Hauses, und 7 Radfahrer, von denen einer
Art war genug, um sich von seinem Fahrrad und einen in die Pisse Ecke
des Gartens.

Wir waren immer besorgt über die Situation ebenerdig, aber die
Sales-Team hat uns versichert, dass der Eingang an der Spitze des
Gartens aus geschlossen werden würde, und es würde ein Zaun sein am
Ende des Weges, neben dem Block A Tür , wie in all den ursprünglichen
Plänen gezeigt. Nun nichts davon passiert und wir haben die Aussicht,
jetzt zu sehen Radfahrer vorbei an Geschwindigkeit um eine blinde Ecke
des Gebäudes in der Gegend als ein Kinderspielplatz bezeichnet. Ich
weiß, viele von uns hier haben Kinder, und wir haben auf uns auf dem
Weg, so dass ich nicht besonders genießen diese Aussicht - ein
schlimmer Unfall ist nur eine Frage der Zeit.

Also mein Vorschlag ist - würden Sie wieder eingesetzt die geplante
Zaun, aber mit einem Tor in es für den einfachen Zugriff auf den
Spielplatz? Steiner sollte dafür bezahlen, wie es in den Plänen, die
sie uns verkauft war, und wir sollten eine drastische Reduzierung der
gebietsfremden Verkehr zu erhalten.
