A friend of mine is having to sell his apartment before even living there. Is anyone interested in another Gleis 3 apartment? It's a ground floor, but one of the biggest floor plans on the block - over two separate floors. Finish is excellent throughout - it's the big open kitchen on the terrace, about half-way up the block as you walk towards the A end of the building.
