Update to proxies

Hello.

I have been made aware that the previous proxies didn't allow video on
youtube etc. Well i have installed it on http://cookiesurf.info and
will be doing so on any future proxies, and if i post any proxies that
do not allow video, i will make sure i post a note alongside to make
you all aware of that.
