Hello, Wolves:

The new legislators from our recent election have been sworn in and the leadership positions have been chosen. I have updated the LCR, which you can find in your Volunteer Toolbox. If you don't have a link, let me know. We don't post the link here, because it is private, eyes only. 

Okay, so here's the deal. The legislature is full steam ahead. Give your head a shake and get an email ready for your legislators saying something like, "Congratulations on your recent election/relection, I'm your contsituent and would like to talk to you ASAP about getting an amendment to the U.S. Constitution for Free and Fair Elections."

Make no mistake, this is the perfect time to contact your legislators. They have already started planning for their next session and if you don't act now, you could get sidelined by the holidays. After the session starts, it proceeds quickly and you don't want to be too late to get our resolution passed in 2021. We need a sponsor, we need to get our resolution introduced, we need to pass at the committee level, and on the floor of the house and the senate. Chop, chop ! It's go time.

P.S. The Republicans want campaign finance reform just as much as the Democrats do. They're also comfortable with an Article 5 amendment convention, having already passed a resolution call for a convention to propose a balanced budget amendment.

Saw the updated list. However none of the emails for district 31 are active at this moment. I will have to Just call and see what is going on I guess.
