well, I don't do Congress... but I know of a couple of asian drum groups that might be interested in participating.

I have an idea that ISF is planning to develop after Oct 27
Fernando, our radio station manager has an idea for a play :
"A Thousand Congas"
That gave me an idea:
A Thousand Congas 4 Congress" "1000~CC's", DA Power Injection
Imagine that we would manage to mobilize 1000 drummers to show up at critical mass events, be at Sac and Washington DC when we petition Congress
WE might be able to enroll
Loco Bloco,
Homeys,
Colored Ink for starters,
Individual folks who want to learn and fight back,
Freedom School,
Anarchists,
The Aztec Dancers
Have our Native American Sisters and Brothers, true owners of this land, and Uhuru, and Japanese rteparations open the March.
Make hella noise. starting in SF. This sure will attract the dumb corporate press, as much as Bykes on Dykes always does.
I can foresee major hurdles with Noise Abatement ordinances. We can work around it
This concept might be exciting to many, has good potential.
