  Thought that you and your's would be interested in the
news stories of Boston, Dallas and a few other cities
being in the news with steroid abuse among the rank and file
members of their police departments.

Boston was busted by a Federal Grand Jury ....

Officer indicted in steroid probe - The Boston Globe

Oakland just started a random drug testing program in an
attempt to head off any such investigation there.  And that
will probably work, too.

  Frankly, I suspect that Bush meant police departments, too.

I am more concerned by the chimicals that they deliberately chose to  shoot up to increase muscle mass and reduce their level of fear as "Beat Cops", leading to so many casualties, for the cops themselves (heart attacks, suicides, domestic violence )andfor their victims...
