What steps will reproduce the problem?
Stricly speeking it could be seen as a enhancemant request,
but it can also be seen as a defect.

1. Select a admin theme
2. Notice how it allways loads the default Brown and blue theme no matter
what was choosen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would exspect it to load the selected admin theme,
instead it loads the default theme each time.

Also from a usability perspective its better to return to current tab after
saving.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wolf CMS 0.7.2 on WINXP running XAMPP
