The Call for the Queer Magic 2010 Cauldron Gatherette
Tryon Life Community Farm, Portland OR
Join the Queer Magic Cauldron for a campout gatherette at Tryon Life Community Farm in SW Portland the weekend before Labor Day.
We are gathering to create a container that is deep and sweet and supple and strong for Queer Magic, Portland’s third annual urban gathering for Radical Faeries and friends, to be held over the Autumn Equinox (September 22-27, 2010) at Urban Grind Coffeehouse in NE Portland.
We are forming a working circle and community of practice (the Cauldron) that is committed to holding Queer Magic 2010. We intend to dream into being and co-create with participants an urban gathering that feeds and delights us and our communities.
This is also a gathering skillshare: a DIY retreat to practice the arts of holding a communal container for celebration, healing, sharing, and transformation. If you’re feeling this call, we invite you to gather with us--whether or not you’ve been to a Queer Magic gathering or are planning to come this year.
Here we can share our queer magic, reconnect with our tribal selves, and refresh our spirits at this beautiful sanctuary for earth magic just minutes from downtown Portland.
