We're inviting one or two congenial people to share our home,
an art-adorned 1913 SE Portland bungalow known to its friends as Butter.

Butter is a welcoming haven for those who enjoy creating
home, community, art, magic, compost, and pickles
with three creative, queer, open-hearted humans
and two kittens.

About the rooms

Upstairs, 12x13' plus closet
Curved plaster ceiling
Refinished wood floor
Warm colorful paint
$500 / month includes gas, electric, water, recycling, WiFi
$1000 to move in (first month's rent plus refundable deposit)
Basement, 13x14 plus closet
Unfinished ceiling
Bathroom is on main floor
$400 / month includes gas, electric, water, recycling, WiFi
$800 to move in (first month's rent plus refundable deposit)
Both rooms available 10/1. Partial work trade possible for the right person.
