Observing how the privilege to participate in the public policy & civic engagement field creates exclusionary work environments which leads to gaps in legislation and representation, inspired me to create this group. The goal is to increase 

diversity of views and experiences, inclusion, and equity in the workplace by sharing job postings and professional development resources among marginalized folks committed to social justice.
