2026 TIC Pen Pal Project

Hello!
Check out this great opportunity to connect with other classes participating in Trout in the Classroom and Salmon in the Classroom across the country!
For this project, each classroom will create letters and drawings to send to other classrooms in different states (Usually ~25 letters).
In your letters, share information about your trout tank, your local watershed, what kind of macroinvertebrates are in your area - anything related to your trout! Feel free to get creative and have students share how they engage with the ecosystem around them.
If you're interested in participating, complete the form linked below by February 27, 2026. You'll have about a month to create and send out your letters.
