This is a reminder that the deadline for submitting trout release permit applications for Region 3 has passed. If you have not submitted your application and you are planning on releasing in Region 3 (Duchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester counties), you must do so ASAP! Please use the link below to submit your release permit application if you have not already done so.
