Dear WoHEC-ers,

As earlier announced, the Sustainability Hub working group will convene at the Hub Thursday Feb 6: 3-4:30 pm. All are welcome.

We will discuss a note by Peter Cutting and myself (attached) about upcoming Hub activities. See also the attachment about Bridge to College and Green Careers. Jennie Stephens will attend, and Jeanette Roach is invited.

We intend to develop a concrete plan of activities to implement this note.

There will also be information on the Sustainable Business Academy (see attachment); launching meeting this Friday at Tellus Institute, Boston (fully booked). Save the date: May 15, for a combined SBN/SBA conference at UMass Boston. More to follow.

Finally I attach a paper by Halina and me about consumerism; maybe interesting to read?
