Dear all,
The School for Global Inclusion and Social Development (SGISD) at the University of Massachusetts Boston is searching for a social scientist with expertise in research design and methodologies in social science and a focus on building socially inclusive communities, beginning September 1, 2016. The School's preference is for applicants with a record sufficient for an appointment as a tenured Associate Professor, but it will consider tenure-track Assistant/Associate candidates. Please share the ad with interested folks in your networks. More info on this position is available at:

In a week or so, the School will also post an ad for a tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor with expertise in social/public policy, management, organizational behavior, leadership or population studies and with a research and practice focus on addressing social inclusion at the local, national and global levels. If the first position is not appropriate, candidates might consider the second position posting.
For those of you who are interested in transdisciplinarity and the intersections between academia and practice in the policy or program sphere, the School for Global Inclusion and Social Development (SGISD) has an upcoming "Building Inclusive Communities" conference (Dec 3-4, 2015 at the Park Plaza Hotel and Edward M. Kennedy Institute in Boston) that might be of interest. Check out the schedule
