WoAD v1.6.10 is now available. Changes in this version include:
  • Fix handling of extended character set in message subject and body
  • Fix reordering of message recipient addresses
  • Fix failure to retransmit unacknowledged AX.25 packets under some conditions
  • Add support for configuration (region and channel or VFO) for VGC VR-N76
  • Add support for predictive back gesture (Android 13 and higher)
  • Update Winlink standard templates (1.1.20.0)
The latest version has been rolled out to the Google Play Store (in the open testing stream) and made available for download as an apk file at https://woad.sumusltd.com/download

Please let me know if you encounter any problems.

Andrew

I'm not sure if you know the AX 25 is being dropped in Linux.

I think you mentioned to me to load the new file over the previous Woad.

If you installed WoAD from the apk file found at https://woad.sumusltd.com/download then you can go to the same site, download the latest release and update the installation.
If you installed WoAD from the Google Play Store then you should be prompted to update WoAD when you next start it (assuming that you've signed up to the testing track - else it may be a while before the latest release is rolled out into full production)

If you don't remember where you installed WoAD from then you can visit the App Info page for WoAD (from Android go to Settings... Apps... WoAD... and scroll down to "App details in store").

All the best,

Andrew
