help interpreting log

So, when I start my session, it keys my TH-D75A, which transmits a short burst of noise, which I hear clearly on my base station. However, the outbox email never goes to the sent category.

My log looks a bit like others I've seen, but it doesn't include any ready-to-receive or ready-to-transmit commands:
