Every time I send a message from my main account K3TEG, the WoAD app says I sent the message from my auxiliary account KC3WQH. This is not supposed to happen... Why is this happening?

Hi Tim,

One possibility is that you have the auxiliary account set as your "default sender"
Go to Settings... Auxiliary call signs and tactical addresses...
Tap on the auxiliary account that messages are being sent from
Uncheck "Default sender"

You can also set the account used to send from on a message by message basis - while editing the message select From... from the lower menu and then select the account to use

Hope that helps,

Andrew

Thanks Andrew. My last anomaly is... Is it true that Winlink does not allow users to send messages to the same address the message came from ie To: K3TEG --- From: K3TEG?

Certainly if I send a message to myself from WInlink Express it never bounces back to me, nor do I receive any kind of error notification from a Winlink service account.
You might want to ask this question on the WInlink support group: https://groups.google.com/g/winlink-programs-group

All the best,

Andrew

Correct, the Winlink system does not support sending messages to yourself. If you want to test your connection, send a message to TEST and you will get a service message in reply.
