Not a problem I've heard of anyone encountering before. Assuming it wasn't a temporary outage of the WInlink Server, and that you can otherwise access the internet from the tablet, could you provide some more details to try and get a handle on what could be going wrong:
* the make and model of tablet
* how you're accessing the internet (WiFi, WiFi hotspot, mobile data...)
* have you successfully run a Winlink telnet session from other devices using the same interenet connection
and anything else that you think might be useful
