I just installed WoAD on three android devices.  Is it possible to sync the mailboxes across the three devices?

I raise you that to another even better. Sync the Winlink Express mailbox with WOAD.

I know, very difficult. Close to impossible.

Winlink does not retain messages in the cloud once they have been downloaded, so there is no simple way to sync mailboxes across devices.
It is possible to export and import messages within WoAD, so you could use that to transfer messages across devices - but that is obviously nowhere close to automated syncing.

All the best,

Whilst not automatic, you could set the export location to a shared location, which is under settings.
Then select all messages and tap the three dots in the inbox window, and select export (Winlink xml)
Then use a sync service such as Syncthing-fork to sync the files across all three devices.
Then import them in the message screen via the Import (Winlink xml)

I don't know if WoAD will ignore duplicate messages, but you could do this daily and select messages since last "sync"
