Anyone interested in going? I went last year and it was a great time. I know that the people in charge have changed, but should still be worthwhile.

Hello -
As someone that registered for past Capitol Camp events, we thought that you’d want hear about this year’s event - Capitol Camp 2011.
Capitol Camp 2011 will take place October 20-21 in Albany, and is once again being hosted by the New York State Senate and the New York State Office of the Chief Information Officer/Office for Technology (CIO/OFT).
The third annual event will bring together government technology stakeholders to discuss ways innovative technology can increase transparency, enhance citizen engagement, and create a more efficient and effective government. The event spans two days: a "Developer's Summit” for programmers on Thursday, October 20; and an “unconference” targeting a wider audience of both technical and non-technical participants on Friday, October 21. Both events are held in the Legislative Office Building, in Albany, from 10:00am to 5:00pm, with a break for lunch.
We invite you to visit http://capitolcamp.org to register or learn more about the event.
We hope to see you there!
