(CRITICAL ACTION ALERT)
The SAFE Act did not make it into the Farm Bill language but we feel certain, and have heard that Congressman Buchanan will bring it to the floor when the Farm Bill comes up for a vote. The SAFE Act has 226 Cosponsors. There's no doubt that it would pass on the floor. However, it HAS TO BE APPROVED BY THE RULES COMMITTEE! THE BUCK STOPS WITH THEM. This is where everyone here and in Colorado comes in.

Nick Langworthy is on Rules committee. We think he will support but please call 

(202) 225-3161.

The ask is this verbatim , "we would like to ask that the Buchanan amendment be ruled in order by the Rules Committee."
