Welcome to upstate New York.
Haven't seen many city hierarchies outside of the big cities (nyc.*,
sf.*). I think the wny.* hierarchy is the closest you'll find, along
with ny.*. Doesn't seem like a lot of non-spammy traffic these days.
I don't know why there was never a central NY hierarchy...
