Hi,
I have 2 of these 256MB, CL2, PC150, 168pin DIMMS for sale, sellable as
either 1 or both. Perfer both together. I used them in a PIII 667 MHz
machine
The part number is: CM654S256-150C2
Here's the details:
Corsair CM654S256-150C2, SDRAM, XMS150, 32Mx64, non-ECC, 168 DIMM,
unbuffered, CAS2, 16Mx8 DRAMs
They are in perfect working condition and believe they have limited lifetime
warantee though I don't know the details.
$75 ea OBO (buyer pays shipped probably). I saw them online for $79 and up
new just today (Sunday).
