Dear Friends,

Greetings! from National Social Watch Coalition. You will be glad to know that in continuation of earlier Citizens Report on Governance and Development, we are releasing the Fifth Social Watch India Report 2008-09. The Report focuses on the performance of institutions of governance namely the Parliament, the Executive, the Judiciary and the institutions of Local Self Governance.

It would be our privilege to have you with us during the seminar on the occasion release of the Social Watch Report 2008-09. We would be delighted if you kindly accept our invitation to be the part of this panel discussion and share with us your views on governance issues.  Please find below the programme schedule.

Looking forward to your support and participation in this endeavour.
