Sen Smith made it roughly 23.5 hours [a]. Sen. Booker
is already over 24 hours and, in about ten minutes, will
beat out the record holder, Sen. Thurmond's [R-SC] with
his 24 hour, 18 minute, anti civil rights filibuster back
in 1957...
