Mike Shuster, who was there while a lot of major historical events happened, died at age 76 due to complications of Parkinson's Disease.  He covered among other thing the fall of the Berlin Wall and the fall of the Soviet Union for NPR.  He was a hell of a journalist, a hell of a guy and one of the smartest people I know.  He'll be missed.
