Lee's Summit Superlatives? (Slurperlatives? :-))

With Lee's Summit, Missouri in the news recently (the Swift-Kelce engagement),
I was thinking of its other notable attributes. Chief among these, for me
is its SUPERIOR Slurpees, which at one time (perhaps still) could be found
at the 7-Eleven on the south side of US 50 (not too far west of MO 291).

Somehow, the machine makes them super-cold so that they're not only
*very refreshing*, but also a bit *crunchy*.  As you might suspect, I've
had quite a few Slurpees, ICEEs, etc., but this is the best, IMHO.
