I noticed this headline:
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2025-03-28/us-measles-cases-jump-28-in-a-week-to-483-now-in-19-states

It's just one week, but I wonder how the spread compares to Covid.  It would be interesting to see a graph comparing the two...

P.S.  I haven't heard "SSPE" in any of the reports yet.  At one time, it was a feared possible consequence of measles.

If only... that covered Canada.

Typical report:

Measles is on the rise in Canada, but it is out of control in Ontario.

After @fordnation gutted public health 7 years ago, he left families
vulnerable to infectious disease outbreaks.

That's why Quebec has had 40 measles cases and we've had 572.
......
In the last six months, we've had 5.6x more measles cases than we had
from 2013 to 2023.
