Shots fired outside Semi-Good Affiliate KXTV-10 during protest of Jimmy Kimmel suspension. Station is owned by TEGNA. Suspect arrested and released on bail.Obviously not a member of the Elite Guard.

KXTV used to be the CBS affiliate, before CBS bought KOVR/13. I had friends there back in the 90s...including one, my former editor for the weekend newscasts, who continued on to a long TV news management career. 

 

I don't believe that the shooting was during a protest, and local authorities/the station are not directly linking it to the Kimmel situation. 

 

As for me, the entire thing makes me sick to my stomach.
