Oh my God, I wore those things nearly 40 years ago! Are they still
around? Great shoes, as memory serves me.

Hello all,

Some good stuff here. However, they limit our mailbox at work. Can I please get removed from the distribution list???

Thanks,

Pete

I think you can remove yourself, otherwise probably has to be Skip Latham that does it.

Hi,
You can choose to receive a digest daily/weekly vs the immediate emails.
Also, you can modify your own group membership (in/out/different email address).

  It's "self serve" list management!

Also remember google is notoriously insecure; assume anything/everything you post
is being parsed by some marketing program in order for google to make money off this "free" service.

No phone numbers, birthdays, or similar personal info should be posted here.

I used them in the 60's.  Yes they are still around, used to be a store in Carmel.
They are good, negative heel, wide toe box.  But, the sole is very rigid, very little flexability for the foot.

The New Busy think 9 to 5 is a cute idea. Combine multiple calendars with Hotmail. Get busy.

I checked them out. They say they promote more weight being put on the heel. I don't like the sound of that.

I believe what they mean by more heel weight bearing is that on MOST shoes the heel is elevated and the weight is on the ball of the foot (not normal for humans standing or walking).  The negative heel of Birks is to bring us back down to earth (ha!) where we should be.  As I remember from the advertising in the 60's they showed a picture of a person walking on soft ground and leaving nice even heel to toe print and then showing the footbed of the Birk... heel to toe print.

Looking for Recommendations

Hi folk, Can anyone recommend a cleaner I'm thinking (dreaming!) of someone for our bedroom twice a month...  actually we recently move here I we found a lot of dust in our house our vents are very dirty so we are scheduled a appointment for cleaning our ducting system Michael offering us a group discount rate. He recently did an excellent job at a nearby property, Normally this service costs $399 each, but with 3-4 houses it's $149 for Dryer cleaning and $149 for 1 AC unit Duct cleaning and $169 for Chimney the company name is All American Home Service If you’re interested, please send me your availability, home address, and phone number via email, and I’ll add you to the list.
