Dear Members, Friends, and Well- Wishers of the Westnile Foundation,
You are cordially invited to the official launch of the Education Trust Fund that is scheduled to take place on Friday 6th April 2018 at Hotel Africana starting at 5pm.
The West Nile Education Trust Fund is an initiative of the Westnile Foundation aimed at providing financial support to bright but needy students to pursue course in various Universities.
Through the Westnight Night that ran for over 8 years, at various locations, and with a modest fee, we were able to generously contribute funds to support this initiative. We are proud to announce that four students selected from the areas of Nebbi, Koboko, Yumbe and Moyo are currently pursuing medicine and pharmacy courses thanks to the Fund.
These beneficiaries are selected through a transparent process handled by distinguished and reputable members of the Westnile community.
A ticket will cost Ushs 100,000 per person, and all payments can be made to the organising committee contacts below;
Proceeds from ticket sales will be used to host guests to a fundraising dinner, and the balance allocated to the fund account.
Come and be part of this noble and unprecedented journey towards the transformation of Westnile through Education.
We also want to reiterate that the official West Nile Night is still off, but management is working hard to identify a suitable location where we will be hosted. Further communication will be made in this regard.
