ftp ports are blocked..  i had to use a 3g dongle to use filezilla...if there is anyother way out please tell..

Apparently SSH was recently(past 2y) unblocked. It works fine now, I've been SSHing and SFTPing without a hitch.

Google net2ftp.

Most services offer SFTP/SCP now (file transfer over SSH), and port 22 isn't blocked by netmon. Try to stick to using those.

if you just want to upload/download small files (few mb) you can use net2ftp http://www.net2ftp.com/ , its a web based ftp client. or you can use ssh.

SSH(SFTP) on 22 is not blocked. FTP on 21 is. SSH used to be blocked a few years ago, but they unblocked it (don't know why, most probably the programmers here threatened open revolt).

A lot of folks here now use SSH with little to no problems. I've got two ext SSH connections open and working right now :)
