Hi Anil,

I am interested in engaging a good programmer to develop a piece of software for the Apple iOS (to be used on iPhone, iPod, iPad. Perhaps later for the Android..

The programmer should have proficiency in Objective C, C and also a good understanding of the basics of Indian Classical Music. Working on this project will provide the selected candidate an opportunity to get good experience on Apple programming on a real live practical application. We can also work out a suitable monetary compensation.

Please let me know if anyone is interested. I would be happy to come to IIT to meet with potential candidates. 

1. Project is to create a "Practice Partner" for students of Indian Classical Music

3. Professionally, I am the Chief Technology Officer at the National Stock Exchange. After graduating from  IITB in 1970 I have spent more than 42 years in the field of IT Management.

4. I am actively learning Indian Classical Music and have identified a need for students of classical music. The project is my attempt to give back to the music community.
