Does anyone know how to use Video Calling on Google Hangouts?
Right now I am able to connect to a call but am not receiving either the video or audio feed of the other person. Same thing is happening at the other end both inside and outside the institute.

It is working fine for me! I suggest you to check your hardware/hangout settings..
