Hey everyone,
Sorry for the delay.
The new question has been put up at https://wnccprocon.wordpress.com/2015/05/15/isoc-2-ants/
This time, since the question is harder than the last one, we'll keep it open until 11:59PM on 16th May; so you have just under a day and a half to think about it.
As last time, please enter your answer in the comments under the page.
In fact, since we want to make this collaborative, don't worry about getting the perfect answer; maybe an algorithm of yours that works slowly, but is correct, could inspire a discussion with others that leads to a good solution.
I'm really hoping someone gets this answer soon, since I myself couldn't solve it and it's a pretty interesting question.
