I compiled all of the information from the Sign-Up Genius on this document. I was also thinking this would be a great place to create a "WNBR credits" of sorts and then we could send this document to NW Documentary for their informational purposes...

It's too little too late, but in the past years, we had a clipboard with the volunteers so we could check them off when they showed up for their shift. Just realized what was missing & why I felt a little scattered. Now when we have the volunteer appreciation party, a couple of those last minute people that showed up at the desk to offer services, we didn't get to write down any of their info so as to send them invites. Drat.

Food for thought for next time.
