Hey beautiful bikers! Below are the times we could do a Burgerville fundraiser. any thoughts? I am leaning towards the 2-5 slot.

Hey Phil, so the 18th should be fine for a partnership, though the 17th may work as well. And to answer your questions:

The dayparts are:
1. Breakfast 6-11
2. Lunch 11-2
3. Midday 2-5
4. Dinner 5-8
5. Late Night 8-1
For a car wash I would probably run it in the lunch time on that Saturday, which is definitely doable. Otherwise, I can check with my GM to see what time the bicyclists tend to hit up around our store and see if that would work well.
We can probably put our logo on your fliers, but I would need to see the fliers first to make sure my GM won't strangle me, :)

Yes, Saturday Aug 18th the idea being we would hit a time when we have a high chance of unbearable heat and lots of fun loving bikers not wearing much with a variety of watery toys.
