We're scheduling a duct and vent cleaning with James, and if anyone else is interested, we can qualify for a group discount. The regular price is $350, but if enough homes sign up, the cost drops to $150 per home.

Cleaning dryer vents is important because lint and dust buildup can create a serious fire hazard if left unchecked.

We've used this service before, and they do an excellent job.
