kate got her receipts into the spreadsheet and as of this moment we
have a POSITIVE BALANCE of 64.86 with all the expenses i'm aware of.

this does not include security, but it does have $1200 "set aside" for
security because the total costs line includes the lease payment which
is money that is already paid from the bottom line.

stephen, let us know when the security bill comes, please--maybe even
give them a call to check in?

rolf, how do we start getting people paid back? do they send you
their receipts directly with a mailing address for a check, or does it
need to come from me or stephen, or what?

rolf, could you also let me know as other checks come in?
particularly i have never heard if vitamin water paid us, or if the
second/third checks from the bridgeport/r-west/steve d'angelo catering
came in the mail yet, or if steph's check from the anonymous donor
made it in yet. i guess if we don't have those we won't be paying for
security quite yet!

thanks everyone for your patience--i think we are out of the problem
area and into the time when we can start dreaming about next year
being bigger and better (financed =))

could i get answers to the questions in this week-ago mail, Rolf? we
need to start spending money and chasing down anything that is as yet
unpaid (by sponsors, then by us), which is what the two questions to
you were about.
