moving on to 2012

hey folks,

we'll keep using this list to finish getting people paid for 2011 (no,
we haven't forgotten you--with some luck and work we'll have checks
for folks at the volunteer appreciation party!), but planning for 2012
is already commencing over at wnbr...@googlegroups.com
(http://groups.google.com/group/wnbr_2012/ to subscribe). i only
invited the people i know are interested in working next year, so you
will probably need to subscribe yourself.

if you just want to volunteer at the event, have no fear, we can help
you with that--in about 9 months. for now:

- we're gonna start fundraising (but, we're gonna do it differently
this year--not just with the *actually* starting early, but with the
paying people who want to do it, to do it early and hopefully have
dollars in the bank before the 11th hour for next year).

- we're gonna start location scouting (with an eye on getting location
donated and hammered down before xmas).

I will soon be in the UK then Brussels, where I am planning on meeting
a WNBR organizer. I was wondering, if any of you have a question for
any of these organizers?
