St Luke’s have confirmed that this date is fine with them.

So can hub leaders start putting the feelers out for anyone who is keen to trade?

Julie has kindly offered to curate the bookings like last year and I think Carron also offered to do the site plans - anyone else want to volunteer to help out with the logistics of the event?

We need a team to set up the light show with Colin, someone to book the food, someone to organise the publicity, someone to book the choirs...

I’m happy to book the choirs, as I did last year, but I don’t want to take this out of Elly’s hands if she prefers to do it, being our entertainments coordinator.
