Hi,

Sorry to send apologies, but I have a physio appointment tonight so can't make the meeting. 

Others were at VG last Feast so will be able to update but from me:
  • really good to have F&G up with us, lovely traders and welcome back anytime.
  • Not the busiest of days, traders complained a bit about how slow it was but those who had traded at other markets weren't surprised. 
  • Covid measures: 
    • In future we should try to push the middle stalls over a bit towards the car park so that there's more of a gap along the school side between facing stalls
    • the narrow gap meant we needed a one way system. worked pretty well so long as people were coming from Devane way
    • Traders in the main, and with only a little prompting, respected the covid traders guidance (with the exception of one who was giving out sneaky samples)
  • We were unfortunate in not having as many food stalls passed as we wanted. Lorraine and Lambeth were all over it but it meant that some who were expecting to trade weren't able to.
  • Would like a couple more volunteers in the afternoon if possible next time please?
On other agenda items - Teresa, is there any progress on allowing stalls on Devane way as that influences how many traders I can say yes to for May?

I notice that the minutes have only gone to the Goggle Group. Several of the new volunteers are not in the Google Group as we’re not adding new people. It would be best to just reply to my invite to the meeting, that will go to everyone invited including new volunteers. Thanks

My actions on the minutes are done. I will bring the hire question to the Steering Group.
