Hello - I don't think I'll be able to make tomorrow, Matt is working late, but if he arrives back earlier than expected I'll try and pop down.

Just wanted to confirm that the London Wildlife Trust plan to attend to run activities related to the Great North Wood - Teresa and Charlotte know about it, and they can bring their own gazebo so they won't affect our stock (though I can check whether they need a table).

Based on space, Teresa thought they would be better off being at the Family hub, but just need to make sure we allow the space for their gazebo somewhere near the other childrens activities, I imagine, and factor that extra gazebo space in when planning the dog show and so on.

Sorry - realised i had one more comment to add about this, if we are giving the Wildlife Trust the OK to bring their own gazebo, we'll need to tell them where/when to arrive and what to do about access and set up at the leisure centre, I've no experience of this so just want to make sure it can be handed to someone who knows what to tell them. (Or Teresa/Charlotte let me know if I should just pass their emails to you?)
