problem installing WordNet::Similarity for Windows

Dear all,
I want to install WordNet::Similarity for my Windows Xp.
I installed strawberry perl to C:\strawberry and download all the pre-
requisites for WordNet::Similarity. As that is said on "WordNet-
QueryData-1.45.readme for windows installation", I installed WordNet
to C:\Program Files\WordNet\2.0
I created the directory "C:\strawberry\perl\site\lib\WordNet" and
copied "QueryData.pm" to "C:\strawberry\perl\site\lib\WordNet".
When I run "perl test.pl" in WordNet::QueryData everything is OK.
When I run "perl Makefile.pl" there isn't any warning or error.
But when I run "make" the answer is:
'make' is not recognized as an internal or external commands ...

would you pleas help me how to fix this problem? what might be wrong
in my installation

Note that this mailing list is specific to WordNet::QueryData, so you
probably want to direct any further questions to the wn-similarity
list. That said, I think the above should help.
