"Can't locate WordNet/Similarity/lesk.pm in @INC" Problem

I want to calculate relatedness between 2 words, I installed these packages on win XP:

1)ActivePerl-5.14.2.1402-MSWin32-x86-295342.msi and MinGW and Dmake

2)WordNet-3.0

3)WordNet-QueryData-1.46

4)Text-Similarity-0.02

5)WordNet-Similarity-2.01

and typed in cmd : " Perl Similarity.pl --type WordNet::Similarity::lesk --config C:\Perl\bin\config-files\config-

lesk.conf --allsenses --wnpath C:\\Program Files\\WordNet\\3.0\\dict --file 1.txt "

which 1.txt contains 2 words, (car bus) that we want to find their relatedness.

But after running this command the output like this appears:

" Loading WordNet... done.

Loading Module... Can't locate WordNet/Similarity/lesk.pm in @INC (@INC contains

: C:/Perl/site/lib C:/Perl/lib .) at Similarity.pl line 108. "

what I did wrong?

I am guessing this is an installation problem (ie something isn't
installed correctly). However, this is a WordNet::Similarity issue,
and so this question should go to the WordNet Similarity mailing list
