University Archives has openings for work study students—regular
student applicants are also encouraged to apply. The following
description is from the BroncosJobs site:
The position retrieves and shelves collections, photographs, and
books, shelf reads collections, answers phones, and greets patrons.
Candidates are assigned to work with a curator on long term processing
or research projects. The position is 10 to 15 hours per week at $7.78
per hour. Candidates must possess good oral and written communication
skills, be detail oriented, be able to lift and carry 30 pounds and
work in a dusty environment. History or Public History majors and
minors are encouraged but these backgrounds are not required.
Candidates must have work study awards.
